What does a secret shopper do?
Anonymous "shoppers" to pose as ordinary customers and evaluate the business based on service, cleanliness, food quality and other factors that the client may require. As a part-time Independent Contractor (not an employee), you would receive complete guidelines for each shop that you choose to accept. Average shop time is between 1 and 2 hours.
What kind of "shops" might I do?
Gasoline stations, fast food establishments, sit-down restaurants,Computer stores, Warehouse clubs, Wireless telephone providers, book-stores, etc.
Compensation?
Earn $250-$350 weekly per evaluated shop! Get paid in exchange for your opinions.
You re going to receive complete instructions, These instructions will normally include the following:
Guidelines on what to buy as part of the assessment (this part is normally quite flexible)
A list of questions to ask in store
Any photographs you're required to take
Details of things to watch out for and to take a mental note of (e.g. cleanliness, lighting, if you were greeted as you walked in, etc)
NOTE:
A receipt for a purchase must be uploaded. Shoppers must not falsify any data on a report, or make up information solely to submit for payment. If a shopper is found to have falsified a report in any way, found to have altered a receipt for any purpose (including date, time, or location address), or found to complete an assignment while under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol, the shopper will be deactivated immediately, will no longer be considered for any shopping assignments and forfeit any pay or reimbursements.
